Buyer-paid shipping

The buyer pays shipping on every order. ASL Wholesale does not offer free shipping or free delivery.

Shipping calculations

Available UPS and USPS parcel services are calculated at checkout using the order, shipping weight, and delivery address. Shipping eligibility and charges depend on supplier origin, package dimensions, gross weight, and quantity. If no suitable rate is shown, contact sales before ordering.

Supplier packs and cases

Products are sold and shipped in the complete supplier-approved pack, box, case, carton, or pallet configuration stated on the product page. Quantity 1 means one complete listed configuration. Cases are not split unless expressly agreed.

Freight and large orders

Heavy, oversized, pallet, and large-volume orders require a freight quotation before purchase. Email sales@aslllc.us with the product names or SKUs, complete case quantities, delivery ZIP code, and whether the address is commercial or residential. Include any liftgate, appointment, or limited-access requirements. Applicable freight and accessorial charges must be confirmed and paid by the buyer before dispatch.

Availability, processing, and delivery

Processing and dispatch depend on supplier availability, shipping origin, order quantity, and shipment requirements. Contact sales before ordering if you need delivery by a particular date. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. The online store serves United States delivery addresses; other arrangements require confirmation from sales.

Address responsibility

Customers must provide accurate shipping details. Returned packages due to an incorrect address may incur reshipping fees.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows Delivered, ASL is not responsible for theft after delivery where permitted by law. Contact the carrier first, then notify us. High-value electronics may require signature confirmation.

Shipping damage

Report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. Email sales@aslllc.us with your order number.
